- Provide regulatory planning, permitting, and compliance support
- Support project execution by integrating environmental and regulatory requirements at local, state, and federal levels
- Ensure compliance with internal environmental and regulatory procedures
- Develop regulatory, permitting, and environmental contracting strategies
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with federal, state, and local agencies
- Coordinate and analyze regulatory metrics and reporting
- Serve as a subject matter resource for less-experienced team members
- Apply experience to complex regulatory challenges and develop recommendations
- 5-7 years of regulatory, environmental, or permitting experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Experience working with state and federal agencies
- Ability to solve complex problems and make recommendations independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Oil & gas industry experience preferred
