    PURPOSE


    The Senior Maintenance Technician Position supports maintenance needs in 3-4 clubs through supervising maintenance technicians and coming along side them to help fix maintenance needs in their clubs.

    They ensure that their clubs are staffed with maintenance technicians and work with them to ensure they perform their job well through providing feedback and direction.

    The Senior Maintenacne Technician is engaging, diligent, organized and knows how to drive their team toward results. The ideal candidate has a take-charge personality and a reputation for getting things done.


    EXECUTION DELIVERABLES

    • Manage 3-4 Maintenance Technicians (MTs)
    • Manage weekly and daily schedule of the MTs, to include PTO and sick time
    • Edit and correct missing punches and ensure time clock is accurate daily and for the entire pay period.
    • Responsible for providing daily priorities and cadence for each maintenance technician.
    • Overseeing and providing support to the MTs Daily CMMS management
    • Develop weekly goals for Maintenance Techs
    • Provide club coverage when Maintenance Tech is on PTO or is sick.
    • Participate in the hiring process with the regional maintenance manager.
    • Provide onboarding and training of maintenance techs
    • Provide approval for all external contractor work.
    • Provide feedback and update on MT's work to the General Manager, District Manager, and Maintenance Manager and ask for feedback on work quality and club maintenance needs.
    • Conduct Maintenance Technician quarterly written and verbal evaluation
    • Provide weekly feedback on work quality and overall performance
    • Assist with special projects throughout the district and region.
    • Assist in emergency situations
    • Travel Ability to travel to the clubs they oversee and at times other clubs in the company.
    • Ensure the safety of our members, staff and assets Inspecting equipment, performing club walks, and communicating to club leadership.
    • Maintain and repair all areas of the facility, property, and assets (equipment, pools, spa, steam room, sauna, etc.)
    • Keep up with daily preventative maintenance as outlined in the workorder management system.
    • Input all workorder into workorder management system (CMMS), and update workorders on a daily basis
    • Provide verbal, daily communication and status/progress update to General Manager and a written email to their Senior Technician.
    • Respond to emergency calls when not in the club on a regular basis.
    • Work with external contractor to schedule, deploy work, and verify that the work is completed appropriately.
    • Partner with the Landlord/Property management to communicate maintenance issues to include, roof leaks, parking lot/landscaping, and building structural issues.
    • Participate in district or regional clubs needing maintenance support as needed.
    • Occasionally drive to supply shop to pick up tools and parts.
