    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Surgical/Transplant Med/Surg position on night shift, requiring a compact or OK RN license and at least one year of nursing experience.

    Responsibilities
    Work in a hospital Surgical/Transplant unit
    Care for patients with health conditions ranging from simple to complex
    12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week
    No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
    Provide nursing care for an assigned group of surgical and transplant patients
    Assist physicians with patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
    Administer medications and manage intravenous infusions and blood products
    Document patient responses and update treatment plans
    Coordinate with patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
    Delegate tasks to support staff

    Requirements
    Active RN license issued by Oklahoma or a multi-state compact RN license
    Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
    Minimum of one year of nursing experience required
    Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred
    Basic computer skills
