    **Job Title:** Client Liaison


    Description:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Liaison. In this role, you will play an integral part in managing the flow of information between veterinary staff and clients.
    • Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of client communication
    • Book patient appointments and convey detailed information regarding patient status
    • Provide general information regarding routine, specialty, and emergency pet care
    You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and veterinary staff. A positive attitude is essential for working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.






    Key Qualifications:




    • A minimum of one year’s experience in customer service or call center work;
