    This role provides individualized direct patient care by performing various sonographic procedures including echocardiograms with 2D/M Mode Doppler and Color Flow imaging. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate complex information in a clear professional manner. In addition they will possess strong judgment decision making abilities with excellent organizational planning skills along with proficiency in using computers software and web-based applications

    The job requires an active RDCS registry through ARDMS Credentialing Agency or RCS registry through CCI Credentialing Agency within six months of completing required clinical experience period as well as Basic Life Support from American Heart Association. General knowledge of cardiac anatomy Doppler physics hemodynamics in relation disease states ability preliminarily identify stenosis occlusion based nationally published criteria are also essential requirements for this position

    * Prepares instructs educates patients on procedures performs diagnostic tests documents records keeps area clean maintains development technical training credentials demonstrates flexibility schedule when necessary adapts behavior specific population considers privacy introducing self communicating style displays good judgement makes informed decisions maintains accurate organized detailed documentation communicates results clearly consistently functions independently under minimal supervision performs duties efficiently professionally meets deadlines maintains confidentiality maintains strict confidentiality about medical health related issues.
