    Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Human Resources Manager with a clients corporate office in Dallas, TX. The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for the build-out of programs, policies, processes, and procedures to support the companys business objectives aligned with a winning culture. While serving as both a liaison and a team member across the organization, this person will drive comprehensive, consultative human resources solutions, cross-functional engagement, and emphasize the people strategy. The right candidate will be ready to establish best practices across business functions and locations in support of the companys most important asset the people. This position reports directly to the CHRO / EVP Human Resources.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Leadership

    • Provide strategic oversight and actively engage in HR responsibilities throughout the organization.
    • Collaborate with business leaders and the HR team to formulate and execute strategies for attracting, engaging, recognizing, and retaining employees effectively.

    Process and Policy Development

    • Develop and implement consistent best-in-class processes, policies, procedures, and performance metrics across the entire organization to align with company business objectives.

    Talent Acquisition and Development

    • Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure timely staffing of headquarters positions with top-tier talent.
    • Play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering talent initiatives, encompassing performance management, succession planning, leadership development, talent assessment, and high-potential development plans.

    Total Rewards and Recognition

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and delivery of compensation, benefits, total rewards, and recognition programs.

    Compliance and Legal Oversight

    • Take the lead on all compliance efforts organization-wide, ensuring strict adherence to company, local, state, and federal employment laws, guidelines, and reporting requirements such as AAPs, EEO, VETS, etc.

    Facility and Office Management

    • Oversee and manage corporate office facilities and address any related operational issues.

    Business Liaison for People Strategies

    • Act as a strategic liaison for people strategies, actively engaging with the executive team and other key business leaders to support and align HR initiatives with overarching business objectives.

    Project Leadership

    • Lead various projects and initiatives as required to address evolving business needs.

    Job Requirements:

    Education & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, MA or MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management for multiple locations in consumer products, manufacturing, and/or transportation industry.
    • Experience providing human resources leadership with a proven ability to grow, empower, and develop employees.
    • Solid business acumen with experience being a successful partner to the business.
    • Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks while keeping a results-oriented focus.
    • Experience with union avoidance and/or engagement preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to assimilate data, analyze results, and deliver presentations.
    • Capacity to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions and challenge traditional methods of accomplishing tasks and removing obstacles.
    • Ability to work collaboratively; strategically focused on continuous improvement.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to federal, state, and local compliance and employment laws, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Strong communication skills in verbal and written contexts, presentations, and facilitation.
    • Demonstrated success in the design and implementation of successful employee programs.
    • Ability to build consensus and foster positive relationships to drive company objectives.
    • Organized, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Excellent attention-to-detail.
    • Problem-solving mentality, enjoys learning new things, and stretching themselves.
    • A highly collaborative relationship builder with internal stakeholders (executives, managers, and employees) and considered a credible, "go to" expert in talent/HR matters.
