    The Mellick Group - (Renewal by Andersen of Florida)

    In office Inside Sales Center Agent duties include:

    assisting the ISC Team in maximizing the conversion rate of calls, leads and inquiries into scheduled appointments via a prescribed appointment setting methodology for Renewal by Andersen.

    This job reports to our Orlando office five days a week and being IN OFFICE is required - this not a remote position.

    • We have agents available between 10:00am 7:00pm.
    We currently have multiple shifts available, working a Saturday or Sunday is required - weekend hours 8:00am - 5:00pm (weekend pay $18/hr base)
    • Our base pay is $16/hr but a portion of your income is from our bonuses and incentive program after training you are immediately eligible to start earning monthly incentives
    • You can earn an extra $500 $700 per month on average Our top performers are earning even moreWHAT WE OFFER

    • Opportunities for training and advancement WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON 2+ years of call center experience
    • Ability to be in office this is not a remote position
    • There are 3 weeks of classroom training, then you will be training side by side with one of our senior agents for a week
    • Take inbound calls for customer service related questions and leads
    • Appointment Calendar and Capacity
    • Ensure that slots are being filled with appointments
    • Delight customers, as outlined in Renewal by Andersen's Signature Service program
    • Average 22+ outbound call attempts per hour
    • Must be able to type 30 WPM
