We're looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to help us find premier talent to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our express car wash locations nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in talent acquisition, with advanced knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find and hire quality talent (sourcing candidates in all relevant markets, thoroughly screening candidates, guiding candidates through the hiring process to hire)
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
Primary Responsibilities
Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
Develop and post job postings on various platforms, such as social media and job boards
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff
Launch onboarding, track hires, and collect data to inform processes and hiring decisions
Travel to new-site areas to lead recruitment efforts (open hiring events, coordination of in-person interviews, local career fairs) and establish relationships in-person (up to 30% travel required)
Partner with locations to build and maintain relationships with local community organizations
Skills and Qualifications
~3+ years' experience in recruitment or human resources
~ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
~ Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Paylocity)
~ Advanced knowledge and frequent use of LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office or GSuite
~ Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, in-person, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with content management systems
Experience developing recruiting strategy
Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
