    Job DescriptionAn eating disorder treatment center located in Atlanta, GA is currently seeking a qualified Outpatient Site Director to join their team full-timeCheck out the details below:

    Title: Outpatient Site Director

    Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

    Setting: Treatment Center – Eating Disorders

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 40hrs/wk

    Pay: Based on experience and includes a full benefits package

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Outpatient Site Director duties to include but not limited to:

    • On site implementation and ongoing management for all components of the site including daily clinical and administrative operations
    • Human resource management of employees
    • Oversight of utilization review function, and quality management to ensure licensure and accreditation
    • Provides clinical and administrative leadership to a multi disciplinary treatment team, clinical supervision, and support to Team Leaders
    • This position requires providing service to Adults and adolescents in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served
    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Master's degree, PsyD, or Ph.
    D. in social services field required

    • Requires a valid GA License required and can include an LCSW or LMHC
    • A minimum of five years of upper management experience in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting is required
    • Experience working with individuals with eating disorders is preferred
