    Theater Posture Plans Analyst, Senior

    As a Theater Posture Planner, you'll bring your strategic and analytical expertise to identify and advocate for the forces, footprints, and agreements necessary for fulfillment of client's future mission.

    You'll use your skills and expertise to integrate Service Component and Joint initiatives to develop a synchronized concept for theater posture and coordinate directly with higher DoD and the Joint Staff on theater posture efforts.

    You will coordinate with foreign planners to identify requirements, to identify the optimum use of assets and to integrate U.S.

    and foreign posture planning. Experience in working with planning or the Joint Staff
    Ability to manage and lead operational planning teams
    Secret clearance
    Experience with Agile Combat Employment (ACE)
    Knowledge of Force Posture Planning Concepts, including Forces, Footprints, and Agreements
    Ability to lead and facilitate military planning teams
    Project Management Professional Certification
    Secret clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.
