    Job Summary

    Responsible for managing the pipeline and forecast for Product Sales Support & Analysis. Reports procedures, resolves operational issues and ensures personnel receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently. Oversees the communication flow between functional groups regarding sales forecast, reports and analysis on client activity.

    Core Responsibilities:


    Creates and maintains client master data including margin analysis, prepared sales measurements and reports, processed transactions, returns and exchanges according to Company guidelines.

    Provides overall direction of the Product Sales Support & Analysis team to drive lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting and production/control of presentations and proposals.

    Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.

    Maintains sales forecasts and analysis for management reports.
    Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.
    Generates daily activity reports, reporting and trends.
    Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

    Sales Process Optimization Outcome Opportunities to evaluate process function, efficacy, tool implementation, usage and sales user.
    Responsible and accountable for implementing business process optimization solutions partnered with the Business Process Design team.
    Build solutions designed to adapt easily to unexpected situations.
    Work collaboratively with Leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations of process launches and changes.
    Audit and analysis all business processes for efficiency
    Creates and maintains a playbook for all processes.
    Gathers feedback through various channels to increase optimization.
    Ensures compliance with all company policies are being followed.
    Prepares and presents readouts on areas of process optimization.
    Provides guidance on solution options, risks, costs vs benefits and impact to business current processes and operations.

    Skills

    Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years' experience with Sales Operations
    Management experience preferred.
    Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
    Think analytically and strategically.
    Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
    Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    Proven experience of business processes through a CRM environment
    Proven experience of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
    Experience collaborating withteams in multiple locations.
    Experience with drafting and maintaining Sales Rules of Engagement.
    Ability to facilitate conversations and bring various groups together to collaborate and align.
    Ability to lead and influence change.
    Adapts successfully to changing situations and environments.
    Experience developing presentations for leadership and cross functional teams.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must
    Strong project management skills.
    Demonstrated ability to prioritize decisions with strategy and logic in a demanding environment.
    Proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight.

    Pay Range:
    This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $88, $146,599.58


    Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

    Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

    Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
