The Echocardiography Technologist is responsible for performing high quality cardiac ultrasound procedures and other noninvasive echocardiography testing to produce images of the heart; assists the physician in providing specialized invasive echocardiography procedures including in the OR and Cath Lab;Responsibilities
- Performs non-invasive routine and emergent adult cardiac ultrasound examinations;
- Obtains history, explains procedure to patient, uses good judgement in determining if additional images are necessary for proper diagnosis;
