    Job Title: QC Lab Technician

    Job Description

    Your role will involve a mix of food quality control, analytical, and microbiological support activities. You'll apply your knowledge of standard laboratory methods, practices, procedures, policies, regulations, and equipment to ensure the highest level of product quality. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining HPLC units, preparing and running samples, maintaining instruments, calibrating, and adhering to maintenance regimens. Additionally, you'll prepare eluents and reagents with precision, perform chemical and physical analyses on food products and intermediate samples, and conduct a range of tests such as organoleptic evaluations and moisture content analysis. Accurate calculation, data recording, and meticulous record-keeping are integral to this position, as is performing microbiological analyses following strict aseptic techniques.
