    Job Description Qualifications:
    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst
    • Fabrication Workplace Coach to support the Fabrication team in Auburn, WA.
    This role will support the Fabrication Team as a Workplace Coach.

    In this role, you will partner with our assemblies teams to ensure individuals are properly trained and following procedures according to Boeing standards.


    Position Responsibilities:


    Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.

    Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
    Analyzes and interprets data.
    Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
    Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
    Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
    Works under minimal direction.
    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):10+ years of experience in Aerospace, Assembly, and Fabrication3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace.3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams3+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications.

    Ability to work on 2nd shift.
    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5+ years' experience with the Boeing Production System

    Typical Education/Experience:
    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Summary Pay Range:
