    Position Information

    Description & Details:

    The Office of Admission is seeking two organized, attentive, energetic and collaborative team members for our Admission Officer positions.     • Managing undergraduate application materials for admission
    • Determining student admissibility based on credentials
    • Using the document imaging system to prioritize work and store materials
    • Providing information pertinent to the recruitment and admission of interested persons

    Work Schedule:

    Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM, 7:30 AM-4 PM during breaks and summer

    Advertised Salary:

    $36,000+ plus an excellent benefits package

    Minimum Qualifications:


    • Associate degree (or equivalent) and two years office experience directly related to information processing
    • Proficiency with personal computing
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate requirements and status to applicants both orally and in writing
    • Ability to effectively work with a wide range of people
    • Customer service experience
    • Good interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
    • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in the student body
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Three years work experience in a university setting
    • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Connection or other student records system
    • Knowledge of Perceptive Content or other document imaging system
    • Demonstration of organizational abilities
