- Pay: $20/hr - $23/hr
- Assignment length: approximately 2 months; could possibly be extended.

- QA role with office experience needed.
- Desk position. Steel toed shoes not required.
- This person will be making sure products are according to the specifications to what the customer ordered.
- Quality experience is more relevant than the customer service experience
- Must have food experience and knowledge
- Seeking someone with experience reviewing documentation from a quality perspective in the food industry
- How many years experience? 6 months to 1 year experience on the quality documentation
- Any type of food quality (HACCP, SQF, BRC, etc are relevant)
- Will be communicating with customers – good customer service skills and communication is necessary
- Knowledge of basic food safety, quality, regulatory and HSE programs.
- Basic understanding of the food manufacturing process.
- Aware of quality standards and the importance of the standards as it pertains to role (SQF, ISO)
- Knowledge of regulations as they pertain to food defense, food security and occupational safety.
- Understands product limits (specifications) and end use.
- Maintains and updates customer requirements and perform duties that are needed to meet these requirements.
- Maintains incoming and outgoing tracker to measure success.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Must use logical thought processes and deductive reasoning. Must be able to evaluate data for the purpose of determining process adherence and determine proper responses to customer requests.
