Lorcan OHerlihy Architects [LOHA] is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This position offers an opportunity to join one of the top architectural design firms in the country. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and driven to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong graphic sensibility, ability to work efficiently and composure under multiple deadlines.

The candidate will join an experienced, creative team responsible for securing new business opportunities and shaping LOHAs presence to the outside world. Core activities will include a wide-range of long and short-term projects that include written and visual materials such as presentations, proposals and publications, research and development into new marketing opportunities, as well as assisting the studios principal directly.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the design and production of marketing and communications material including email newsletters, brochures, digital presentations, graphic displays, print/digital invitations, press releases, and awards submissions.
• Support the development and implementation of the companys brand strategy
• Support the business development team in responding to new project enquiries and opportunities.
• Assist in the production and submission of bids and proposals.
• Provide assistance to the studios principal, Lorcan OHerlihy.
• Option for a part time or full time role, working in the LOHA office.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Work experience in marketing and writing proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience promoting an architecture ?rm and have knowledge of architectural award opportunities both nationally and internationally.
• Minimum of 1-2 years marketing experience.
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize marketing and business development activities.
• A strong communicator and team player who enjoys collaborating with others in a creative & dynamic environment.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Skilled in designing and preparing graphic layouts.
• Pro?cient in a range of software, including Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Of?ce.
