    Description

    Customer Service Operations Manager

    This role involves overseeing a team of dedicated customer service representatives to deliver exceptional support to valued clients. As the Customer Service Operations Manager, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all client interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

    You will be responsible for managing multiple teams of customer service personnel, motivating them to achieve performance objectives, and analyzing data to inform process improvements. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of services while adhering to established standards and benchmarks.

    • Lead cross-functional teams of customer support professionals across two locations: Washington D.C., and Beltsville MD
    • Motivate staff with opportunities for growth and development while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Analyze complex data sets from various sources including Active Directory & ServiceNow platforms
