About the Position:

Job Title: Testing Psychologist

Location: Redmond/Issaquah

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary: As a testing psychologist at Dayspring Behavioral Health, you will specialize in assessing pediatric or adult individuals dealing with neurological, cognitive, and emotional issues. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, analyzing test results, and offering therapeutic interventions to patients. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance the overall quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments utilizing interviews, standardized tests, and behavioral observations to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, with a focus on conditions such as ADHD, Autism, and other psychological diagnoses.
Formulate accurate diagnoses of neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological disorders based on clinical assessments and test results.
Create customized treatment plans and intervention strategies to address the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborate with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to discuss assessment findings, treatment plans, and patient progress.
Stay up-to-date on advancements in testing psychology, participate in research activities, and contribute to the growth of the field.
Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Provide psychoeducation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding conditions, prognosis, and available resources.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology specializing in Assessment.
Certifications: Psychologist licensure with specific neuropsychological training and supervision.
Experience: Completion of a postdoctoral residency in assessment or related field, extensive clinical experience in conducting assessments, and strong knowledge of neuropsychological test batteries and diagnostic tools.

Physical Requirements:

Must have manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout various locations in the health system.
Normal or corrected vision and clear verbal communication skills.
Strong communication skills and emotional resilience.

Compensation Details:

Minimum Salary/Hourly: $85,000/40

Maximum Salary/Hourly: $140,000/70

Pre-licensed or post-doctoral candidates eligible for licensure are encouraged to apply. Supervision is available.
