- Review transactions for accuracy to ensure proper payment.
- Utilize Excel and other software to complete tasks.
- Reviewing transactions that require further analysis and determination of proper processing
- Ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, policies, federal requirements, and state statutes.
- Performing daily tasks of assisting with paying internal invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Only post-secondary degrees from a college or University whose accreditation has been granted by a nationally recognized accreditation agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education will satisfy educational requirements. Information can be obtained at Foreign degrees must be evaluated by the World Education Services for authentication and U.S. equivalency.

- Prior experience and/ or education which demonstrates knowledge of GAAP/ GASB, analyzing accounting data, and accounting reconciliations.
