Job summary
The Residential Instructor is responsible for assisting the Program Manager with various tasks including scheduling and maintaining staffing patterns.
The instructor must be able to utilize approved protective hold techniques and work with youth who may potentially cause harm to themselves or others.
In addition to residential duties the Assistant Manager must assist the Program Manager in maintaining data sheets and participating in CRI training.
