Job Summary
The Team Lead oversees and participates in all day-to-day store activities including safety compliance front end and backroom oversight of the store.The Team Lead assists with functions related to sales production and customer service and is a key holder responsible for store opening and closing activities as directed by the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
This position is a member of the Management Support Team.
Responsibilities
- Complies with all organization policies and procedures.
- Follows safety policies and procedures ensuring maximum security protection of all customers team members company assets.
- Engages with consumers community groups co-workers to promote achievement of company mission resolves customer issues answers questions to ensure positive customer experience.
