- The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst prepares, analyzes, and distributes a variety of management information reports and documents, including annual compliance reporting for HR and benefits such as EEO1, ACA, and nondiscrimination testing.
- Audits and corrects employee information and records as appropriate between HR and other internal departments (Payroll, IS) and vendors, such as the benefits administration platform and other systems.
- Creates HR dashboards to share with leadership.
- Troubleshoot errors with incoming and outgoing data files between HRIS System and external systems
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least three to five years experience in Information Technology or Human Resources analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate a customer-focused approach. Experience in HR measurement, metrics, analytics, and knowledge of performance improvement methods and application of performance improvement tools.
- Must be proficient in Excel. Tableau experience preferred.
- Must have critical thinking skills and be fluent in the English language.
