    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Position Summary:

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will directly support TireHub's Talent team with all administrative duties and ensure a smooth and quality candidate experience.

    Role Specifics:

    • Coordinates candidate interviews, including scheduling with candidates and interviewers; and assist in collecting evaluation/feedback for lateral candidates.
    • Maintains candidate recruiting profiles using UKG Recruiting, including entering and updating applicant information, tracking candidate status and generating reports.
    • Manages open job positions on TireHub's website and other platforms.
    • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Management team on recruiting projects, including candidate outreach, college/trade school outreach and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
    • Manages and supports the team and the candidates through the background screening process.
    • Oversees the systems onboarding of new candidates and serves as an expert and resource for the team.
    • Leads communications efforts during TireHub's adjudication process.
    • Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
    • Outstanding organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with an ability to influence others at multiple levels.
    • Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (UKG- preferred)

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to support the department.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant tracking systems.
    • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.

    Working Conditions:

    • Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
    • This is a hybrid role, reporting to headquarters in Dunwoody, GA
