    Front Office Representative



    Department: Messo Sync



    Employment Type: Full Time



    Location: Detroit, MI



    Compensation: $3,900 - $4,600 / month



    Description



    Job Role and Company: Join our team as a Front Office Representative at Messo Sync. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our organization, playing a vital part in maintaining smooth operations and delivering top-notch customer service.



    Key Responsibilities



    • Greet and assist visitors upon their arrival.
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate contacts.
    • Handle incoming phone calls effectively.
    • Manage office security procedures.
    • Handle mail and deliveries.
    • Assist with clerical tasks.
    • Organize appointments and meetings.
    • Offer general administrative support.



    Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise



    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional Office Administration qualifications are advantageous.
    • Prior experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Customer service mindset.
