Description
Job Overview –Finance Senior Associate:
An investment firm with a focus on healthcare, software, and technology-based services, is looking for a Finance Senior Associate.
The position offers extensive exposure and growth within a private equity environment and requires a dedicated professional to join their finance team in Greenwich, CT.
Responsibilities of theFinance Senior Associate:
Oversee quarterly reporting and review workpapers prepared by the fund administrator.
Review financial statements and tax returns, leading respective processes.
Manage the preparation/review of Management Company financial statements and budgeting.
Assist with quarterly valuation templates, deal-closing procedures, and portfolio monitoring.
Maintain investor CRM and communication, including monitoring the Investor Portal.
Assist with operational procedures and compliance filings.
Participate in committee meetings.
Requirements for the
Finance Senior Associate:
3-6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in private equity required.
CPA preferred but not required.
