Job summary

This role owns the strategy, execution and revenue performance of the company's cybersecurity partner ecosystem including MSSPs VARs distributors GSIs SIs and technology alliances This leader will drive partner sourced and partner influenced revenue expand market coverage and ensure partners are fully enabled to position deploy support advanced cybersecurity solutions in a rapidly evolving threat landscape

Responsibilities

  • Develop execute a cybersecurity specific channel strategy aligned with threat trends compliance requirements enterprise buying patterns
  • Owning channel revenue forecasting quota attainment across the Americas Lead grow high performing team of Channel Account Managers Partner Development Managers Channel Operations professionals
  • Recruit partners deep cybersecurity expertise including MSSPs MDR providers incident response firms cloud security integrators Establish tiering performance metrics specialization tracks e g SOC identity cloud OT security Build joint business plans strategic partners drive pipeline co marketing co selling motions Enablement training program management Oversee partner incentives deal registration MDF programs predictable pipeline growth Ensure can effectively position companys value proposition against competitors emerging threats Drive sourced influencer pipeline through campaigns events field collaboration Align regional sales leaders seamless direct indirect sales motions Monitor competitive activity threat shifts regulatory changes influence roadmap priorities product engineering based customer needs Collaborate build campaigns demand gen programs Partner Customer Success ensure deliver deployments ongoing outcomes Growth sourced influencer cybersec rev recruitment activation high value sec partners certification specialization enablement progress Forecast accuracy quota attainment Increased market coverage competitive win rates What You Bring To The Role 10+ years experience in cybersecurity leadership ecosystems or indirect GTM Proven success scaling quota carrying channel organization in cybercloud security identity or threat detection Strong executive presence ability influence C suite leaders at partner customer organizations Experience building programs predictable indirect rev competitive landscape Ability travel region as needed What You Get From Us Team voice opinion make impact valued Internal mobility opportunities cross training attain next career step within Barracuda Equity non qualifying options High quality health benefits Retirement Plan employer match Career growth opportunities Flexible Time Off Paid Time Off benefits Volunteer opportunities
