- Setting: Mobile Clinic/Outpatient
- Start: As soon as credentialed
Exams:
- PTSD, Initial PTSD TBI Cognitive Screening Only Neuropsychological Testing for the veterans
- This single appointment form-based, micro-focused, exam requires no treatment nor follow-up.
Schedule:
- 4-5 weeks at a time
- Provider can choose the dates and states he wants to travel
License Requirement:
- None (Any state license will work), New Grad can also apply
- BE/BC
- Credentialing Time Frame: 3-4 weeks
Mileage, Lodging, and malpractice will be provided.
