We are seeking an HR Manager – People Operations to join our team in Houston, Texas. This newly created post provides the opportunity to work in a standalone HR leadership role as Manager – HR and People Operations.The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team and will be given the opportunity to directly influence HR strategy and provide input to key HR related business decisions in an organisation committed to innovation and high-performance teamwork.
You'll lead employee relations & risk management; acting as trusted advisor on performance investigations discipline grievances managing sensitive issues discretion confidence sound judgement overseeing compliance for US (Texas) UK employment maintain accurate policies documentation processes manage records right-to-work checks conduct audits coordinating payroll compensation benefits information systems management translating policy guidance practical business actions coaching leaders managers supervisors employee lifecycle managing risks training development promoting confident consistent leadership talent performance workforce planning leading review cycles development planning supporting organisational design succession planning headcount forecasting overseeing internal plans learning system recruiting collaborating third-party recruiters ensuring smooth transitions advertisement onboarding advising leadership salary benchmarking reward supporting bonus processes administration leave coordination driving initiatives culture engagement partnering operations HSE compliance aligning practices company values
