    In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer inquiries
  • Providing information about services and policies
  • Managing client accounts
  • Maintaining records of all interactions and escalations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customers

    The following are the requirements for this position:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
  • While customer service experience is preferred, it's not necessary.
