About the opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to come join our growing team Jerry is building the first AllCar super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 4M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 280 across 7 countries. Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner with senior leaders and own mid-to-senior level searches across R&D and G&A in the U.S. and Canada. How you will make an impact: - Attract and retain top talent across all business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
- Work closely with senior leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
- Manage full cycle recruiting across multiple active roles, prioritize ruthlessly, and own the candidate relationship end-to-end
- Continuously reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are always improving

Ideal profile: - 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience working on a variety of roles with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Track record of being successful in a high velocity, demanding environment
- Experience weathering a startup strongly preferred
