    Description
    Job Title: Flight Crew Pay Specialist Company: Sky High Airlines Do you thrive in a role that involves meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements? As a Flight Crew Pay Specialist at Sky High Airlines, you will take on a crucial role in ensuring accurate pay reporting for our flight crew members while complying with union contracts. Main Responsibilities:
    • Audit the integrity of flight data imported from the Sabre system to Rainmaker Crewpay reports for precise flight crew pay calculation
    • Ensure timely submission of pay reporting files to Payroll for semi-monthly check processing
    • Provide internal customer service to flight crew regarding their pay hours
    • Process flight crew contract step and scale increases accurately
    • Handle pilot position-change rate adjustments
    • Calculate back-pay amounts for retro-active rate changes
    • Deliver presentations on pay for new hire pilot and flight attendant classes
    • Compile monthly billing reimbursement requests for pilot and flight attendant union releases
    • Research and provide information on union/flight crew/company issues related to the CBA
    • Process grievance settlement payments as required
    • Collaborate with Rainmaker personnel on software issues and improvements
    • Maintain open communication with various departments including Human Resources, Payroll, Crew Tracking/SOC, Flight Operations, and more
    • Perform other assigned duties as necessary
    Requirements:
    • Solid understanding of pilot and flight attendant collective bargaining agreements
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and public relations skills
    • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Preferred knowledge of Sabre Crewtrac system is a plus
    • Minimum of one year of relevant workplace experience is preferred
