    Position Summary:


    Under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance, the FinanceBusiness Analyst will collect data about operations to improve itssystems and processes.

    The primary duties include researching businessprocesses, determining profitability and ROI and making reports withrecommendations and analyzing the potential impact of theirrecommendations.

    Communication with the department directors, theadministration team, and the Board of Directors is required.
    Secondaryduties involve other financial reporting and analysis as determined bythe Director of Finance.

    Required Qualifications:
    Must be at least 18 years of age.
    Proof of education completed but not less than high school educationor equivalent.
    2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance.
    Strong working knowledge of financial modeling.
    Ability to operate a computer and have a high level of proficiencyin Excel.
    Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form.
    Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    Attention to accuracy and detail required.
    Must have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
    Must have the mental and physical ability to perform, with orwithout reasonable accommodation, the essential functions of thejob.
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipswith all levels of MGRMC staff and support personnel.
    Ability to lift, carry, pull, & push 50 pounds.
    Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbalfluency.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    Analytical and financial modeling skills.
    Strategic thinking.
    Ability to influence and persuade.
    Knowledge of Meditech systems and related technologies.
    Excellent time management and organizational ability.
    Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines.
