    Essential Functions:

    • Prioritize daily tasks by level of urgency and communicate effectively with customers, factories, sales representatives, and internal departments.
    • Receive, negotiate, finalize, enter, and revise incoming customer orders to match production at overseas manufacturer.
    • Have a basic understanding of order flow and the EDI process.
    • Learn and understand various customer portals and platforms to maintain and monitor orders as well as submission of required forms including compliance and shipping documents.
    • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with internal departments, sales reps, and customers to review account details, trouble shoot issues, and strategize future planning.
    • Run, create, and review reports from NetSuite to analyze each assigned account by checking for accuracy and investigating issues.
    • General problem-solving skills regarding shipment, customs clearance, order management, and invoicing issues.
    • Be proactive to ensure that orders ship on time and shipping documentation has been received and submitted in a timely manner.
    • Learn compliance requirements for assigned accounts by studying vendor guides and working closely with the customer and internal compliance team.
    • Create spreadsheets, analyze different reporting platforms, organize information and tasks daily.
    • Follow through with shipments and work with the Accounting Department to make sure payment is received.
    • Other duties, as assigned.

    Requirements
    • Must be detail oriented, dependable, and can work independently with little to no supervision as well as in a team setting.
    • BS degree in Operations, Supply Chain or anything Business related, preferred but not required or 2-5 years of import/logistical experience.
    • Experience in Excel, customer service and salesmanship, preferred.
