    This is an Associate Coordinator of Non-Academic Area position at Louisiana State University

    Health Science Center-Shreveport. Primary duties include distributing materials throughout the

    Medical School, receiving purchase orders, maintaining filing systems and troubleshooting problem documents. The expeditious distribution of materials to the using departments requires the incumbent's constant attention.

    The incumbent will maintain customer awareness in acknowledging and responding to the needs as they occur to assure that customer satisfaction is met.

    The incumbent will perform duties assigned while receiving general guidance from the supervisor.

    The incumbent will follow procedures, guidelines, and polices for the department operations using established LSU Health Science Center-Shreveport and departmental verbal or written directives.

    Regular attendance is required for this position.

    Normal hours of work are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and may be adjusted to meet the department's needs.

    Overtime may be required. Lunch and breaks are dictated by workflow.

    Qualifications

    The applicant must meet one of the following:

    • Associate degree from an accredited college in a related field
    • High School Diploma - with a minimum of 4 years related experience.
