Host

Our hosts play a key role in delivering genuine hospitality. They are energetic, enthusiastic about growing in the hospitality industry, and committed to their team.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival, informing them of wait times and entering their names into the system.
Show guests to their tables and bid farewell as they leave.
Care for guests by refilling beverages and performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glass and menus, ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly.

Requirements

Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Patient, polite, and outgoing.
Able to create memorable guest experiences.
Able to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
Must be able to stand for full shifts.
Able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Working Environment

The host will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with variable temperatures, loud noise, and allergens present. Extended periods of standing and walking are required.
