Responsibilities
- Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine the needs of the business In partnership with Store Manager executes in-store business and sales strategies.
- Establishes communicates clear expectations holding store team accountable for achieving brand performance behavior standards controls payroll supply budget performs operational activities such as scheduling target shrink audits physical inventory opening closing duties time sheet review payroll accuracy documents merchandise flow processes administers financial activities ensures compliance loss prevention policies operating procedures conducts associate training reinforces proper controls visual presentation organization facility maintenance representative Brand develops high-performance culture motivating selling teams meeting assigned sales productivity goals trains coaches fluent aspects product knowledge online stores trains locates fulfillment selling motivates inspires developing shared vision modeling core values promotes inclusive collaborative problem-solving approach effectively leads positive change seeks personal developmental opportunities solicits feedback build leadership skill set models teaches promotes MAPS principles offers cohesive omni-channel experience ensures prompt resolution customer concerns fast efficient register experience current policies regarding payments coupon acceptance returns exchanges security practices other applicable operations talent assists recruiting hiring developing high performing teams supports implements provides follow-up training programs seminars assesses coaches employees on performance resolves HR issues timely effective manner drives associate engagement recognizing rewarding outstanding performance adheres employment practices policies.
