    Overview


    Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

    Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.

    Provide leadership and guidance to production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of manufacturing activities.

    Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of products while maximizing equipment utilization and minimizing downtime.

    Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

    Drive initiatives for process improvement, waste reduction, and inventory management to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.

    Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. 2 Year degree may be considered with strong experience.

    Strong technical knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, including injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming and blow molding.

    Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement.

    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

    Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Kaizen, preferred.
