- Researching and designing new processes and equipment
- Providing cost estimates, layouts, designs, schedules and installations of new processes, machines and equipment
- Writing and implementing PLC programs
- Selecting and applying sensors, communication, control devices, pressure sensing or electronic communication
- Creating drawings using CAD
- Working with production and maintenance
- Providing technical assistance to various teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience with large DC motor drive systems, computer network systems and writing
- Machine and process control experience
- Experience with OSHA, EPA and other health and safety regulations
- Experience writing and implementing PLC programs
- Experience using CAD
