Raytheon is seeking a Principal Specialist Material Program Manager MPM to support the Naval Missiles NAM SSBU within the Naval Power strategic business unit onsite in Tucson Arizona This position is primarily responsible for coordinating executing all Front End Business activities for Operations Supply Chain The ideal MPM candidate will have project management experience supply chain skills necessary ensuring supplier performance This candidate must also be self starter capable achieving organizational program objectives successfully interface all levels internal management including Supplier Management This candidate will ensure cohesive alignment Supply Chain enterprise objectives liaison between Program Manager Integrated Product Teams IPTs other functional stakeholders Supply Chain organization
This position requires strong communication leadership skills ability work diverse groups disciplines The selected individual will be expected lead small medium sized teams representatives government industry academia collaborate across functions articulate technical information complex issues communicate effectively identify resolve conflicts maintain positive working relationships Customer focused individuals who can provide excellent customer service are highly encouraged apply
