A health services organization in New Jersey is looking to add a licensedChild Psychiatrist to join their growing team in Southern New Jersey

Responsibilities:


TheChild Psychiatrist will:
Evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health of childrenConduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to diagnose and identify mental health disordersDevelop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their diagnosis, including therapeutic interventions and medications if necessaryPrescribe and monitor the use of psychotropic medications when indicated, such as antidepressants, mood stabilizers, or antipsychotic medicationsMaintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and medication prescriptionsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications: Graduate Degree in MedicineLicensed to practice in the State of New JerseyBoard Eligible Certified inChild PsychiatryWorking knowledge of Epic EMRsSolid assessment and documentation skills
