Responsibilities Of a RN Unit Manager
- Manages day-to-day operations unit station under supervision ADON/DON.
- Assists charge nurses new admissions re-admissions unit day shift coordinates with shift nurses evening supervisor follow through admissions not completed day shift.
- Makes written oral reports/recommendations DON/ADON concerning operations nursing department performance issues professional nurses GNA CMA staff.
