CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Greenville, SC where you'll help deliver clean, safe, and resilient water/wastewater systems for communities. This is your opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and accelerate your growth from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for water/wastewater projects
- Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates
- Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for environmental sustainability
- Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of water/wastewater systems
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related discipline required
- No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred
- Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team
- Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus

Salary Range:
$74,000 - $78,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
