    Salesforce Administrator

    Position Summary

    Out & Equal seeks a certified Salesforce Administrator to join our team to ensure our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by this innovative CRM system; who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement.

    The successful candidate will have a strategic focus with a proven ability to analyze, design and optimize processes utilizing the Salesforce platform, increasing user adoption and driving best practices.

    Salesforce Administrator responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.

    Ultimately, you will work with a small team of IT professionals to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
    Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
    Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization
    Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed
    Gather requirements and provide feedback on operational impact
    Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns
    Communicate effectively on task and project statuses
    Design scalable best practice solutions
    Develop project roadmaps
    Clean data and dedupe using Demand Tool
    Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
    Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
    DevOps/release management experience
    Identify unused or underutilized platform features
    Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
    Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
    Technical documentation
    Management of integrated applications and third party suppliers including SurveyMonkey, Stova, DocuSign, and more
    Develop process flow diagrams for our business verticals

    Minimum Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications
    NPSP experience
    Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
    Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
    Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
    In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
    Deep understanding of Business and Data analysis
    Experience in change management
