- Supervise total construction effort to ensure the project aligns with design, budget, and schedule
- Interact with client representatives and other contractors
- Report any additional work, back charges, or delays caused by stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as required
- 1-4 years of experience in the specified skill level

We need someone skilled in overseeing the construction of roads, bridges, and highways. The perfect candidate will have a solid grasp of structural engineering principles, construction methods, and project management. Their main responsibility will be to ensure that all structures are built with top-notch quality, within budget, and on schedule.
Job Summary:
This role involves managing multiple road construction and bridge projects in the area. The ideal candidate should have several years of experience as a superintendent in a fast-paced environment. Handling various road projects, coordinating specialized construction crews and equipment at an advanced level is a must. The Superintendent will oversee the timely completion of heavy civil projects within budget limits, schedule project activities, and directly supervise foremen in construction.
