Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their New York office.

Their prominent litigation department handle a wide range of complex cases, affording the associates sophisticated work and client interaction at an early stage in their career.
The attorneys all work on a hybrid schedule -- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite.
Compensation: Salary -- $190,000 to $210,000 (Plus Bonus)
Our client's Commercial Litigation Practice is a trusted partner to clients navigating their most complex and consequential business disputes. Their trial and appellate lawyers are known for their courtroom excellence, strategic insight, and deep industry knowledge. They represent a diverse array of clients—from Fortune 500 companies and global manufacturers to academic institutions, financial institutions, and high-profile individuals—in matters that span the full spectrum of commercial litigation.
Candidates should have two to six years' experience handling a broad range of New York state commercial cases and probate litigation matters. Responsibilities include drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and participating in hearings, depositions, and client meetings. Strong working knowledge of the New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR) is required; knowledge of New York's Surrogate's Court Procedure Act (SCPA) and Estates, Powers and Trusts Law (EPTL) is a plus. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated, and have strong communication skills. IP experience is a plus.
Admission to the New York Bar is required.
