    Southwire Job Description

    As a Manager People and Culture - Services, you will lead People & Culture strategies and serve as the main point of contact for the employees for the Services business. As a member of the P&C team, you will partner with leaders of the Services business and COE teams to broker P&C services and actively engage in talent acquistion, engagement, organizational development, and talent management. You will build upon and rely on your P&C functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

    Key Job Responsibilities:
    * Manage the talent acquisition process, including posting of jobs, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and retention
    * Coordinate with Leaders the review, follow up and design of activities to increase overall engagement
    * Drive organizational effectiveness of P&C initiatives
    * Lead change and foster an environment of continuous improvement
    * Talent, Performance Management and Succession Planning for the services team, as well as training and development initiatives as supported by Talent Development
    * Build relationships and advise leadership
    * Act as a coach and confidant for employees and leadership
    * Lead due diligence and integration activities for any acquisitions within the Services businesses

    Key Results:
    * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Establish service specific People & Culture KPIs with leadership and an associated reporting schedule that align with company goals
    * Deliver on the Target to Hire numbers on a monthly basis by location and type of job
    * Execute and sustain effective employee on-boarding plans whereby all new hires complete timely 30, 60, 90,120-day onboarding activities
    * Partner with services leadership to affirm and establish a specific P&C strategy for improving new hire onboarding, engagement and retention - including due diligence and integration of acquisitions.
    * Manage a direct team of 2 or 3 P&C professionals in locations across the US

    Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
    * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related degree required
    * 8+ years directly related human resource experience.
    * M&A experience strongly preferred.
    * Knowledge of employment and labor law preferred.
    * Must have or obtain PHR/SPHR Certification.
    * Must have excellent P.C. skills including, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
    * Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities along with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills required.
    * Ability to manage conflict at all levels of the organization
    * Flexible and adaptive to an everchanging environment
    * Ability to take on additional responsibilities in areas outside of the traditional human resource functions and have flexible hours as needed
