Seasonal Pools Facility Attendant - 2026 - Green Bay

Job Summary
Maintains and cleans concession areas lobby dressing areas shower rooms storerooms pool deck counter areas and lavatories supervises top of each flume slide provides customer service receives concession product deliveries stocks sales areas with supplies monitors inventory prepares items for sale completes accurate sales transactions completes necessary forms supervises disciplines participants ensures safety of patrons enforces swimming regulations policies with patrons performs cleaning and light maintenance duties in lobby and all dressing areas concession areas shower rooms storerooms lavatories deck and turf assists in emergency situations provides proper first aid for minor accidents adheres to bloodborne pathogens procedures when administering First Aid wears the proper personal protective equipment documents reports all incidents in accordance with City department procedures works as Lifeguard Swim Instructor supervises top of flume slide as requested follows all policies procedures philosophy set forth by the City of Green Bay Parks Recreation Forestry Department performs other duties as assigned must be at least 14 years old experience working with the public customer service experience desirable experience or training in food service concession sales desirable a combination of equivalent experience education may be considered working knowledge recreation facilities knowledge skill proper customer service techniques skill ability cash handling ability communicate effectively orally writing read perform basic calculations work effectively part team maintain effective working relationships work required hours position physical Requirements Ability perform following activities lifting carrying up to 30 pounds frequent walking standing bending twisting squatting crouching kneeling occasional sitting climbing pushing pulling Ability work varied environmental conditions The above not construed exhaustive statement duties responsibilities requirements
