Description

We are hiring for a Warehouse Site Administrator for our client in Pittston, PA. Our client provides transport packaging material including pallets, top frames, separator sheets, and more to their customers. Earn $19.50/hr.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr (weekly)
Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with all site Associates to resolve issues
• Ensure Associates are equipped with the right tools
• Ensure Associates are adequately trained
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervise staff recordings (i.e. attendance, quality/quantity matters) and divide project responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
• Submit timely reports and communicate constantly
• Assist Site Manager in his/her duties to provide site support
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary, be a team player

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with office management precures and basic accounting principles
• Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Integrity and ability to be trusted with confidential information
• This position may require travel within the United States.
