    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for assisting and supporting the Health & Performance Director of Clinical Operations with managing the Medical department including outpatient treatment center licensure maintenance, medical compliance including medical records management, clinic staffing, physician schedules, physician licensure maintenance, guest relations, budget and facilities, with direct oversight of Patient Access Coordinators.

    Colleague Supervision: Supervise Patient Access Coordinators including oversight of payroll, scheduling, selection, onboarding, training, admin projects including assisting with the CME process, performance evaluation, counseling and terminations.

    Compliance: Direct oversight of Outpatient Treatment Center licensure maintenance according to the Arizona Department of Health Services and Arizona Administrative Code. Serves as main contact person for unannounced inspections.

    Guest Experience: Ensures all guest requests are accommodated expediently and courteously. Troubleshoots and resolves guest related concerns and complaints as needed. Reviews Revinate, attends meetings and works with the Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Nurse Manager to create action plans for improving the guest experience in the Medical department and Health & Performance.

    Operations: Informs management of any unresolved incidents or issues that occurred during the shift. Maintains proper office supply inventory levels and ensures all equipment is in top working order. Arranges proper maintenance of medical equipment through utilization of outside vendors. Maintains a strong partnership with the Facilities Department to ensure strong communication of problems and timely repairs. Ensures that safety related issues or concerns are reported and addressed promptly. Ensures proper use of electronic medical records system, facilitates routine audits, creates and maintains proper protocol and procedures for the Medical department

    Qualifications:

    Minimum
    Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
    Preferred
    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

    Required Certification/License
    CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment
    Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
